1.0 Trusted Smart Chain (TSC) Blockchain Services
The Trusted Smart Chain Blockchain (TSC Blockchain) is an open-source, decentralized blockchain designed to support regulatory compliance for Real-World Asset (RWA) trading across multiple platforms. By leveraging blockchain innovation, the TSC Blockchain focuses on enhancing security, transparency, and efficiency across global financial systems.
At the heart of the TSC Blockchain are Trust Nodes. These nodes play a critical role in ensuring the stability and success of the network by:
- Verifying and securing transactions, ensuring data accuracy.
- Recording transactions immutably on the decentralized ledger.
- Supporting cryptographic operations that uphold the security and trustworthiness of the blockchain.
1.1 Decentralized Community Governance
The Trusted Smart Chain is a community-driven blockchain. Its development, direction, and governance are guided collectively by its node owner community. Decisions related to blockchain updates, governance proposals, and listings are made independently by the TSC community through decentralized participation.
The founder of T7X also established and launched the Trusted Smart Chain blockchain to provide a secure and compliant foundation for RWA trading across decentralized platforms. While T7X leverages the TSC Blockchain to support its operations, it does not control the blockchain. All decisions regarding the development of TSC, including updates and listings, are made by the decentralized community of TSC node owners.
1.2 Activating a Trust Node
A Trust Node is a specialized software and/or hardware system connected to the Trusted Smart Chain Blockchain. Trust Nodes serve as the backbone of the blockchain, performing the critical tasks of:
- Facilitating transaction validation and cryptographic processes.
- Supporting the decentralized infrastructure of the blockchain.
- Contributing to network security and transaction accuracy.
When Users activate a Trust Node, they are agreeing to play an active role in supporting the network. This includes maintaining node health, staying up to date with system requirements, and ensuring their node operates smoothly to benefit the blockchain.
Pre-sale of Nodes:
Trust Nodes may be offered in a pre-sale. It is important to note that purchasing or activating a Trust Node is not an investment, does not constitute a security, and comes with no guarantee of profit or financial return. The purchase is solely for the purpose of acquiring software or hardware necessary to contribute to the Trusted Smart Chain Blockchain. Pre-sale buyers may see points or rewards reflected in their digital wallet interface; however, these points are not TSC digital rewards until the blockchain becomes fully operational and on-chain. Until this transition occurs, these points represent an off-chain placeholder, not a blockchain-based digital asset.
Node Rewards:
Trust Node operators are rewarded with TSC digital rewards based on their active participation and contributions to the blockchain’s operations. These rewards are a reflection of the node operator’s role in securing, validating, and maintaining the TSC Blockchain. It is important to emphasize that digital rewards will only be distributed and recognized as on-chain assets once the Trusted Smart Chain Blockchain is fully operational.
To purchase and activate a Trust Node, you will be redirected to https://prosperwallet.io/, the official platform for acquiring Trust Node licenses.
The Trust Node software licenses are distributed through smart contracts as software products of ProsperLink. ProsperLink LLC does not directly distribute or manage these software licenses. All purchases, refunds, and support related to Trust Node software licenses are handled exclusively through Prosper Wallet. Users are solely responsible for the setup, operation, hosting, and maintenance of their nodes.
1.3 Real-World Asset (RWA) Tokenization
The TSC Blockchain is specifically designed to bridge the gap between traditional finance and decentralized technology through the tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWAs).
Registered Securities
These Real-World Assets will be registered as securities within the United States. The timeline for their availability will depend on the regulatory approval process, including required reviews and approvals from relevant U.S. regulatory agencies (e.g., SEC).
Examples of RWAs include:
- Real Estate: Residential, commercial properties, and land.
- Commodities: Oil, gold, precious metals, and agricultural goods.
- Bonds: Government and corporate-issued securities.
- Art and Collectibles: High-value items like rare art or vintage cars.
By bringing these assets onto the blockchain, TSC enhances:
- Liquidity: Previously illiquid assets can be securely bought, sold, and traded.
- Transparency: Every transaction is recorded immutably, reducing fraud and increasing trust.
- Fractional Ownership: Smaller investors can access fractions of high-value assets.
- Global Access: RWAs can be traded across borders, 24/7, without intermediaries.
The TSC Blockchain’s focus on regulatory compliance ensures it operates within legal frameworks to meet the demands of modern financial markets. This positions TSC as a compliant, secure, and efficient platform for RWA tokenization.
1.4 Decentralized Decision-Making
The Trusted Smart Chain operates independently of any centralized entity, including T7X or ProsperLink LLC and ProsperLink LLC. While T7X uses the TSC Blockchain to support its operations, governance decisions—such as blockchain updates, the TSC token listings, and network upgrades—are made solely by the TSC node owner community.
This decentralized governance structure ensures that control remains in the hands of the community, promoting trust, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
2.7 Taxes
Users are responsible for any taxes arising from their participation in the Trusted Smart Chain Blockchain or the purchase and operation of Trust Nodes. Taxes include, but are not limited to, sales taxes, use taxes, capital gains, and income taxes based on applicable laws in the User’s jurisdiction.
ProsperLink LLC delivers all software and licenses electronically. No physical copies will be provided. Users are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional to ensure compliance with tax regulations specific to their jurisdiction.
2.9 Refund Policy
2.9.1 Refund Requests
The purchase and activation of Trust Node licenses are processed through Prosper Wallet. All refund requests must be submitted and processed through the Prosper Wallet platform.
All users and participants are directed to review the refund policy provided on the Prosper Wallet website for terms and conditions.

4.2 Disclaimer
Participation in blockchain technology, including purchasing, holding, and operating Trust Nodes, NFTs, or TSC digital rewards, involves significant risks. The value of digital rewards and NFTs is determined by supply and demand within decentralized markets and may fluctuate independently of government-issued currencies. Due to the volatility and unpredictability of the global marketplace, there is a potential for total and permanent loss of value, and users should not expect any guarantees of profit, stability, or financial return. Digital rewards, NFTs, and Trust Nodes are not investments, securities, or financial instruments, and participation does not constitute ownership, equity, or any financial interest.
Users acknowledge that blockchain technology carries technical, security, and regulatory risks. Malfunctions, software bugs, or vulnerabilities may impact performance, and users are solely responsible for safeguarding their private keys, wallets, and accounts. Failure to do so may result in the loss of digital rewards, NFTs, or access to the blockchain. Additionally, evolving laws and regulations may impact the usability, legality, or transferability of blockchain-based assets, and users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence and seek professional advice before participating. The Trusted Smart Chain Blockchain, Trust Nodes, NFTs, and TSC digital rewards are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. No entity involved in the blockchain's operation guarantees its reliability, functionality, or continued availability.
